Join us for a new season of Patio Wine Dinners on the patio, with Chef Daniel Chong-Jimenez, formerly executive chef of the Spa at Norwich Inn & Spa.

The evening starts with a buffet selection of local cheeses, bread & fruit, then on to a four course dinner.

A bottle of wine per couple will be at your table. Event wine specials will be offered throughout the evening. A great way to spend an evening catching up with friends.

To Start
A selection of award-winning cow and goat cheeses from our neighbors, Cato Corner Farm and Beltane Farmpresented with organic, artisan bread from Farm to Hearth, dried fruits and candied nuts.
Served with a glass of Priam Vineyards Riesling or Priam Vineyards Chardonnay.

Course One

Ravioli filled with mushroom mousse, prosciutto and walnuts, poached in tomato water and Priam Salmon River Red wine, finished with herbed olive oil and sun-dried tomato aioli drizzle.

Course Two

Organic dandelion greens with dried Mission figs, olive oil fried French bread flakes, blistered garden tomatoes and sweet shallot vinaigrette.

Course Three

Seared tenderloin of naturally-raised beef with red wine reduction sauce and horseradish crème fraiche swirl, with braised fresh garden asparagus and rosemary new potatoes.

Course Four- Dessert

Lemongrass-vanilla white chocolate crème brule made with Farmer’s Cow cream.
Price Includes One Bottle Per Couple of a choice of our Salmon River Red, Westchester Red, St. Croix, Blackledge Rose’ or Gewurztraminer. Singles attending are entitled to three glasses of wine from the selections previously listed, which can be mixed.

The Coastal Wine Trail group will celebrate their 2012 Passport Season with their 1st Annual Coastal Wine, Cheese and Chocolate Festival on Sunday, June 24 at the Westport Fairgrounds, 200 Pine Hill Road, Westport, MA. The event will take place from 1 pm to 4 pm.

This walk around sampling event will showcase the 9 wineries of the Coastal Wine Trail, along with local cheese, chocolate and other food artisans. Each vineyard and vendor will also have product available for sale.
