INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp strong mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp dry thyme leaves, crushed
1/3 cup NH maple syrup
1/3 cup cooking oil
Whisk ingredients together. Use as a basting sauce for chicken, pork chops or spare ribs. Makes about ¾ cup of sauce, enough for 4 servings.
