The White Silo Farm & Winery is hosting their 5th annual asparagus festival May 19th & May 20th from 12-5 PM.
Fresh asparagus is picked the morning of the event and prepared in various small dishes such as asparagus carpaccio, asparagus quesadillas, and asparagus flatbread.
At least 6 dishes will be prepared highlighting the farm’s asparagus. Food items are $5 – $6 per plate. Tours of the winery, farm, and farm museum will be given throughout the day. This is a family oriented event. Admission to the event is free. Reservations are not required.
